These instructions will help you log into the web interface.
When you set up your Portal account, you were assigned a unique web address. It will look something like this:
your_account.filecenterportal.com
The your_account placeholder is for your account's unique identifier, which you chose at setup. It may be a business name, your name, or some word associated with your business. If you don't remember your identifier, you will need to contact your account rep.
To log in, simply go to any web browser and enter your address. For example, this is Acme Incorporated's address:
acme_inc.filecenterportal.com
The address will take you to a login screen where you will enter your email address and password.
